Please inspect all products once they are received. If you are unsatisfied we may accept returns for account credit only within 3 days after the date of receipt.
Once sold, items can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions below:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We cannot accept products back with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser. AISH is not responsible for any item that is not returned in this manner.
Items will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
When arranging a return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to us then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have the same style available, the amount paid can be used whenever you shop with us next time.
All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
To return an item, the customer should write to us at info@AISHjewels.com with the subject “RA request.”
